William Hoitink Obituary (Age 95) Passed away February 16, 2013. Bill was born May 7, 1917 in Elk, WA to Stephan & Stoffelina Hoitink. He was preceded in death by his wife Louise in 1992; sisters Dena Ehler & Mae Baker; brothers John, Arnold & Steve Hoitink. He is survived by sons Skip (Kathy) of Depot Bay, OR and William (Elaine) of Atlanta, GA; grandchildren Tami Hoitink of Spokane, Melissa Farrar, William C. Hoitink, Jr., Christopher Hoitink, all of Atlanta, GA; seven great-grandchildren and five great-great-grandchildren. Bill served in the Navy in WWII aboard the USS Marcus Island. He worked at Crystal Laundry and Deaconess Hospital Laundry until he retired. A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, February 23rd at 1 PM at the Mirabeau Park Hotel, 1100 N Sullivan, Spokane Valley, WA.
