William R. Riggs Obituary (Age 89) 1927 2017 Bill passed away in Spokane, WA on February 15, 2017. He is survived by his daughters, Beverly C. Bernier, Karen Jensen-Kelly (Jim); son, William P. Riggs (Paula); five grandchildren, Merritt Jensen, Debbie Comstock, Shawn Jensen, Jerod and Nathan Riggs and 10 great-grandchildren. In lieu of flowers, please send a donation to the Spokane Humane Society. No memorial service is planned at this time.
